30-Day Money Back Return Policy: Products purchased directly from BoxWave Corporation are eligible for our 30-day money back return policy. Products may be returned for either a replacement or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Prior to returning the item(s), an RMA must be obtained from BoxWave Customer Service. This RMA number must be present on the outside of the returned package. Returns sent in without an RMA may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

To receive a full purchase price refund or exchange, the returned product must be determined by BoxWave Corporation to be in restockable condition. For a product to be considered restockable, it must be in its original packaging and all parts and accessories must be in clean, unused, and undamaged condition. The returned package must also include a valid RMA number as issued by BoxWave Corporation.

If the returned package does not meet the above requirements, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged. This fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned item(s). Once the restocking fee has been applied, a refund or exchange may be granted for the balance of the purchase price.

Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if a return is a result of (a)manufacturer defect or failure; (b)damage in transit; (c)mis-shipment; or (d)falsely advertised products as determined by BoxWave Corporation. The reason should be noted when the RMA request is made, and must be indicated in the RMA.

The following are exceptions to the general return policy and have specific return policy rules:
  • ClearTouch products cannot be returned if the plastic backing sheets have been removed or re-attached at any time
  • Software purchases are not returnable or refundable
  • Any "Final Sale" products noted as “No exchanges or returns on this item” are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
Please note that all item returns are final. By returning an item (or items) back to us, you are agreeing to the return policy terms and conditions listed above. 100-Day Warranty: All products purchased directly from BoxWave Corporation are covered by a 100- day warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures. We will be glad to set up an exchange for a replacement item within 100 days of the invoice date. Please submit the request via our Email Form with a detailed description of the manufacturer defects or failures of the product(s) received.

    What is InstaSync Pro™?

    The long awaited follow-up to the already convenient InstaSync comes the introduction of the InstaSync Pro. Bringing you the capability to schedule your sync times whenever you want. InstaSync Pro allows you to set to anytime during the day, week, or month. All you need to do is connect your PDA to your computer with your miniSync and you're set!

    How Do You Use InstaSync Pro™?

    To Enable or Disable InstaSync Pro™ - To enable or disable InstaSync Pro™, toggle the On/Off switch.

    To Schedule InstaSync Pro™ - To schedule InstaSync Pro™ to be activated at specific times, access the menu and tap on Scheduler. In the Scheduler, check or uncheck the box to activate or deactivate the Scheduler. When the Scheduler is ON, click on the days of the week you would like InstaSync Pro™ to be active. Select the time frame which you would like InstaSync Pro™ to be active by tapping on "Select Time". Finally, tap on the arrow to select the interval which InstaSync Pro™ will be activated.

    Adjustable InstaSync Pro™ Countdown Timer - You can set a time delay before you would like InstaSync Pro™ to begin.  Click on the arrow (drop-down menu) to show the InstaSync Pro™ timer options.  When your PalmOS is connected to miniSync or inserted into its cradle, InstaSync Pro™ will begin the countdown to the interval that you've selected.

    You can also set the InstaSync Pro™ timer to "Immediate" to start a HotSync as soon as your PalmOS device is connected!

    To Begin a HotSync at Anytime - You can begin a HotSync at any time on the InstaSync Pro™ screen.  Just click on the "Sync Now" button and a HotSync will begin immediately.

    To Cancel the HotSync - When InstaSync Pro™ begins a countdown, press "Stop" button to cancel the HotSync.

    Operating System - Palm OS v4.0 or later.

    Memory - 36KB of free Palm memory
